Lifeline system for safety during the installation of precast concrete elements

ELASTICO 10 is a lifeline system for building site safety consisting of patented posts and safety cable. The system is designed to increase operator protection during the installation and processing of precast concrete elements.

It is provided with an integrated shock absorber and preassembled components that allow quick fail-free coupling.

Operator protection during building site activities
The system makes it possible to create continuous protection with spans between posts of up to 10 metres, ensuring practical use and reducing dimensions during operations.

Maximum walking area
The absence of inclined cables reduces obstacles to passage and allows greater freedom of movement for operators.

Integrated shock absorber for tensioning and safety
The shock absorber has a double function:
• cable tensioning;
• shock absorption during falls.

Quick fail-free coupling
The system provides fixing of the post by means of an insert designed to avoid assembly errors and guarantee correct use of the device.
