CONCRETESLOT is part of the B.S. Italia adjustable anchoring systems and is a slotted insert for anchoring with high load capacity and compact size, designed to guarantee fast, safe and highly adjustable connections in precast concrete elements.

Thanks to its configuration, the system ensures high performance in tension and shear, adapting to different types of connection and facilitating production and erection operations.

APPLICATIONS OF THE CONCRETESLOT SYSTEM

Anchoring and connection of precast concrete elements
CONCRETESLOT is designed to create fast and adjustable connections between precast concrete elements, also by using connection plates.

Use in the presence of seismic actions
The system is also designed to counter the horizontal and vertical forces generated by seismic action, contributing to the control of displacements of the connected elements.

Clamping of roof tegoli
The system configuration allows dry clamping of any displacements of roof tegoli without resorting to welding or supplemental cast.

OPERATION OF THE CONCRETESLOT SYSTEM

Self-anchoring insert in concrete
CONCRETESLOT does not require additional reinforcement and self-anchors directly in the concrete.

Adhesion to the element is also favoured by the openings on the bottom of the insert and by the particular shape of the system.

Adjustment by means of high-excursion slot
The slot allows adjustment of up to 20 cm, facilitating coupling and alignment of the precast elements during erection operations.

Dry clamping of the connection
The anti-sliding knurled surface of the slot allows dry clamping of the connection in the same direction as the slot itself, guaranteeing coupling tolerances and fixing possibility.

Construction characteristics of the insert
